Delivery Times:
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the final destination and the shipping option chosen. Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days after shipping. However, please note that occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes.

Shipping Methods:
We utilize a variety of shipping methods provided by Printify’s network of global suppliers. The method used for your order will depend on the product type and delivery location. While we strive to deliver your order in the most efficient way possible, we do not guarantee any specific delivery dates or times.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of product, the quantity, and the destination. These costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping; however, delivery times and costs may vary significantly based on the destination. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes which are not covered by us. These charges, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. Delays in delivery may occur due to customs processing in the destination country.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
In the rare event that your order is lost, damaged during transit, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately to initiate a claim. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and arrange for a replacement. We cover any shipping costs involved. However, we are not responsible for items lost or damaged after delivery has been confirmed.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package's journey. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Address Accuracy:
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returns and Refunds Policy
At Pawsity Pets, we take pride in creating unique, themed product designs that are printed and fulfilled on-demand by our manufacturing partner, Printify. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any issues related to product quality.

Return Policy
We do not support returns or exchanges for any products unless there is a manufacturing error or the product arrives damaged.

Refund Policy
In the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund. To qualify for a reprint or refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Please follow these steps to initiate the process:

Return Procedure:
• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service customerservice@pawsitypets.com.
• Provide Details: Include your order details and a clear photo showing the issue.
• Review Process: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will process a reprint or refund.

Processing Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we will process it promptly. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your PawsityBox subscription at any time through your account dashboard on our website. There are no cancellation fees, but please note that cancellation requests need to be made at least 72 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for that shipment. Once canceled, you will not be billed for any future shipments.

Subscription Re-Activation:
If you wish to reactivate your PawsityBox subscription after canceling, you can easily do so through your account dashboard. You will resume receiving shipments according to the original schedule.
